Louise Potton Designs is committed to protecting your privacy. I will only use the information that I collect about you lawfully.

All the information I hold about you will have been provided by you. This is either by you placing an order with me or from information given to me at wedding fairs or through Etsy orders.

I use your information to process your order and supply you with the best service possible.

I will not sell your information on to third parties. I will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. I will only pass on the details you provide me with if legally obliged to do so. I may share photos of your invitations, table plans etc online, this will not show surnames, addresses or email addresses if you prefer me not to share images then you may opt out by emailing

I sell through Etsy, take orders through Facebook and from Wedding Fairs. Sometimes payment is processed through paypal. I also use Royal Mail to post your orders.

Security precautions in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information
I use security software on my computers to ensure the safety of the information I store about you. My laptop and other devices are password protected.

How long do we keep your information

I only retain customers’ personal information for as long as I need it to carry out your order and for accounting purposes. I generally keep information for 4 years.
